Sizing & fit
How do I find my size? Each product page has a detailed size chart specific to that item. Measurements are in centimeters. If you're between sizes or unsure, contact our team and we'll help.
What's the difference between Slim, Regular, and Tailored fit? Slim fit is closer to the body. Regular fit is the classic everyday cut. Tailored fit is structured but allows movement — most of our shirts use this fit.
Do you offer alterations? Yes. Suits and blazers can be altered at our Cairo flagship.
Orders & shipping
How long does delivery take? Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days. Other governorates: 3–7 business days.
Can I track my order? Yes — once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.
Do you offer cash on delivery? Yes, COD is available across Egypt.
Returns & exchanges
What's your return policy? You can return any unworn, undamaged item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How do I start a return? Email hello@wahdan.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
Product care
How do I care for my WAHDAN pieces? Care instructions are printed on the label of each item. As a general rule: cold wash, gentle cycle, hang dry. Suits and blazers should be dry cleaned only.

Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes — add a note at checkout and we'll wrap it for you, free of charge.
