Shipping Policy
WAHDAN ships across Egypt through our delivery partner Bosta.
Shipping zones and rates
- Cairo & Giza: 84 EGP
- Delta & Suez Canal cities (Alexandria, Tanta, Mansoura, Ismailia, Suez, Port Said, and surrounding governorates): 96 EGP
- Upper Egypt (Minya, Asyut, Sohag, Qena, Luxor, Aswan, and surrounding governorates): 108 EGP
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days from dispatch
- Delta & Canal: 2–4 business days from dispatch
- Upper Egypt: 3–5 business days from dispatch
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a Bosta tracking link by SMS and email so you can follow your shipment in real time.
Payment
WAHDAN currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Pay the Bosta courier in cash when your order arrives. The courier collects the full order amount including the shipping fee.
Failed delivery attempts
If you're not available when the courier arrives, Bosta will attempt delivery again. After three failed attempts the order is returned to WAHDAN and the order total (excluding the original shipping fee) is refunded to you.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your WAHDAN piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return window
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Condition of returned items
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration cannot be accepted.
How to start a return
- Email info@wahdanstore.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, include a clear photo.
- Our team will arrange a Bosta pickup from your address within 2 business days.
Return shipping cost
- Free return if the issue is our fault — wrong item, defect, or damage in transit.
- 60 EGP return fee if you simply changed your mind or chose the wrong size. The fee is deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 1–2 business days), we'll issue your refund. Because Cash on Delivery orders have no card to reverse, refunds are sent via Instapay or bank transfer. Refunds typically arrive within 5–7 business days after the item is inspected.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. To swap a size or color, return the original item using the steps above and place a new order on the website for the piece you want.
Non-returnable items
- Underwear and swimwear
- Items marked Final Sale or Last Chance
- Items damaged through wear, washing, or alteration after delivery
- Items missing original tags or packaging
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free Bosta pickup and either replace the piece or refund you in full.
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order at no cost before it's dispatched. Once dispatched, treat it as a standard return.
